APPROACH
Expressive art therapy integrates multimodal approach such as visual art, movement, sound, writing, and symbolic exploration as a way to access and work with inner experience. Rather than relying only on verbal processing, this approach allows thoughts, emotions, and patterns to emerge in form — where they can be seen, explored, and understood. The process supports release, insight, and integration at a pace that respects each individual.
The work is particularly suited to people who feel things deeply, think in images, process through doing, or have found that talking hasn't been quite enough.
AREAS OF FOCUS
I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work:
Life Transitions & Identity Shifts
When familiar roles, identity, or direction no longer feel stable, and something new is forming but not yet clear.
Migration, Belonging & Cultural Identity
For people navigating cultural transition, displacement, and the complex experience of belonging across places or identities.
ADHD & Neurodivergence
A creative, flexible approach for neurodivergent, sensitive, or non-linear ways of processing experience.
Motherhood, Menopause & Midlife
Support through psychological and emotional identity shifts during major life-stage transitions.
Grief, Divorce & Personal Loss
Space for endings — including relationships, futures imagined, and versions of self that no longer continue.
Cancer & Illness Support
Creative support for emotional processing, uncertainty, identity change, and meaning-making during illness or caregiving.
