When song, lyrics, art, and stars align.

Episode 1

That moment… when just a few words in a song catch your attention —even before you’ve grasped the whole meaning.

You just know there’s a message for you. A soul string gets touched. It makes sense… without needing to.

And then — a vivid image flashes through your mind. And this sketch wants to be born. An idea brews. A thought composts.

Maybe it’ll become art, maybe not. Not everything needs to be turned into a product.

The beauty is in that moment — when something invisible touches you, vibrates through your being, and carries you into a story unfolding in your imagination…

Anyway, here are the lyrics that stirred something in me. And if you want to hear the full song (in latvian), here’s the link too….

Balto augumu pārklāj, Covers the white body,

Smiltis un māli, With sand and clay

Puķes un zāle, Flowers and grass

Koki, krūmi un gailenes, Trees, shrubs, and chanterelles

Uzzied man pirkstgalos, Bloom on my fingertips.

Pelēkas čūskas, Grey snakes

Vijas un lokās, Twist and coil

Pār pleciem un krūtīm, Across shoulders and chest

Kopā ar ķirzakām zaļām, Alongside green lizards

Tās tinas un mezglojas, They wrap and tangle

Ar katru dienu, With each passing day

Arvien dziļāk un dziļāk, Deeper and deeper

Zemes skavienā siltā, Into the earth’s warm embrace

Balts kļūst sarkans, White turns red

Melns un tad zaļš, Black, and then green

Un paliek tik mati, And only the hair remains

Tie vijas un stīgo, They curl and trail

Tinas un plīvo, They wrap and flutter…

Episode 2.

The next day, the story unfolded even further, bringing new insights.

Something powerful is happening in the sky right now.

Uranus is conjunct the Sun and Algol in Taurus, the infamous fixed star. AKA once in a lifetime — the next in 84 years. Sounds like gibberish to many, I guess, but as usual, I see patterns meant only for me to decode and speak in the language of archetypes.

Algol has a big reputation in astrology — often misunderstood, feared, or labelled as “malefic.” But more modern interpretations reclaim its power. Algol is connected to Medusa — the archetype of the silenced, violated, and demonised feminine. She was powerful, and that power was feared. Algol represents raw feminine truth, rage, trauma, and rebirth — especially when that power has been buried, rejected, or punished.

And now, this star is being lit up, conjunct the Sun, and all of this lands exactly on my Ascendant in Taurus. I didn’t know this when I sat down to make intuitive art yesterday, deeply touched by the lyrics of a random song, but now it all makes sense. It’s like the universe is pointing a spotlight at something deep, possibly ancient — something I carry not only personally, but collectively, through the feminine lineage.

I created an artwork of a woman tangled in snakes, buried into the land, transforming into trees, grass, flowers and mushrooms. At the time, it just came to me. But today I realise — I was channelling this exact energy. A myth. A memory. A message.

Not death, but earth burial as transformation. Not victimhood — but regeneration.

I don’t know if this is personal trauma, past life stuff, or simply tapping into the collective pain and wisdom that women have carried for generations.

But I know this: something is moving through me now that wants to be seen, named, felt, and expressed through art.

It’s not pretty or polished. It’s raw.

And it’s mine to be born into the world — rooted, wild, alive.
